I have left it a while to write this because my first watch arrived well packaged and as advertised and I got it from my wife for Valentines Day. I soon as I opened the box I loved it, but alas within a week the movement had stopped working and could only hold the time for 5 minutes before it stopped. I have owned pocket watches before so I know it wasn't over-wound; it was just faulty. So I emailed the company on a Sunday morning to ask for advice. I had a positive reply with instructions within 2 hours of sending my email and I had a new watch arrive within 3 days with a return address label and packaging to return the faulty watch. This was AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and I am very impressed. The new watch works perfectly well and I am so impressed with this Company, especially as they shipped from the East coast and I live in Hawaii, so they must have answered my email Sunday evening their time. VERY IMPRESSIVE.
