Let me count the ways.

1) Within a few months ... the second hand fell off (watch now useless).
2) Very heavy; had no idea. Don't drop it on your foot. It WILL leave a mark.
3) The bottle opener would not stay closed after a few weeks.
4) Really only fits well on a belt loop or other thin attachment point. (then again, this is obvious from the picture!)
5) The tweezers, as delivered, were a little bent and don't open that far (then again, they are very small).
6) Lost time at least three times over a few months, even though carried around a lot.

On a positive note - the toothpick is AWESOME, glad I haven't lost it.

The compass is dinky - not sure how obvious this will be to you from the picture.
