I was so excited that my wife ordered me this watch for my Birthday. I had been searching for the perfect pocket watch for months and here it was.After two days with no delivery notice, my wife logged in to check the status of our order. We were suprised to find that no orders were pending on her account.
After speaking to a rep from Amazon, we were informed that our order had been cancelled by the seller as we had an "undeliverable address"!
We have had multiple items shipped to us at this address with no issue. We have been at this location for 5 years to boot.
Sufficed to say, If I ever see this seller on Amazon again I will ABSOLUTELY avoid them.
Not only did they cancel our order but they didn't inform us.
My wife was heartbroken that she couldn't provide me the perfect gift. And no man in his right mind wants his wife upset.
