I had previously left a very negative comment on this product. The product had gotten shipped to the wrong address, and I was upset and under the impression I would never get the product. However, as soon as I had posted the negative review I got an email from the seller wanting to resolve the problem. Even though it was a miscommunication between Amazon and the seller, they still took steps to resolve the issue. They intercepted the package at no extra cost to me, and still got it to me in time to wrap and give to my significant other for Valentine's Day.

THIS is customer service! I am VERY impressed with this company and their initiative in ensuring customer satisfaction. The watch was in great condition, and they were even flexible with the engraving requirements. It looked fantastic, I am very impressed with the quality of product AND service.
