I ordered this watch for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived, it had the wrong time on it, but I thought perhaps it was sent from a different time zone. No such luck: It lost time every day for 2 1/2 months. I took it to a jeweler who couldn't pry it open to check the strength of the battery, so I had to send it in for repair. I should have returned it to Amazon when we first suspected it was a faulty item, but we missed the return window by 2 weeks. So, beware: First, if it is the battery, it should not have expired when we received the new watch. Second, if it is so difficult to service that you have to send it in for a new battery, it will cost you shipping and $6.50 just to have them look at it. Who knows how much they will charge before we ever get it back? Never again, Charles Hubert!
