Brown Alligator-style genuine leather strap with brown stitching for the Grand Carrera models requiring a strap 22 mm wide between the lugs.

They fit the following Grand Carrera models: CV2A10, CV2A11, CV2A12, CV7A11, CV7A12, CAR2110, CAV511A, CAV511B, CAV511E, CAV511G, CAV514B, CAV514C, CAV515B, CAV515C, CAV518B, CAV518H, CAV5115, CAV5185, WAV5111, WAV5112 & WAV5113.

IMPORTANT! Please check the model number of your deployment clasp before ordering. These straps are NOT compatible with the FC5037 & FC5039 clasps.

Please note that if your Grand Carrera has a metal strap & you wish to change to a leather one, you will need a new deployment clasp as well - these are available from us separately.

The straps are 22 mm wide at the watch end, tapering down to 18 mm at the clasp end. Lengths are 103 mm & 85 mm respectively. Maximum thickness at the watch end is approximately 6.20 mm.

The straps are custom made of genuine leather, with beige calf leather lining.

I bought a Grand Carrera Calibre 17 with a white dial and black alligator strap (model CAV511B.FC6225). I was just a tad let down, because this watch really looks best with the brown strap (model CAV511B.FC6231), but I figured I would change it later. Foolishly, I had even hoped an authorized TAG Heuer dealer could even simply swap the straps for me, since I spent five grand on their watch. Not even the TAG overage/outlet store (an actual TAG store in Las Vegas Premium Outlets mall) could or would swap the strap for me, and the actual piece from TAG Heuer is $400. Maybe $375-$325 is you wheel and deal and get chummy for a discount. Holy crap. I understand that I'm paying some for the name/prestige, but I could have a higher quality strap custom made from full grain leather for that kind of money!

So I put this on my Amazon wishlist and sure enough, my wife bought it for me for Christmas. Eight bucks to the Fossil selling kiosk in the mall later, and my strap has been replaced and it looks BEAUTIFUL. The brown of the bracelet really goes nicely with the ever-so-slightly-off-white dial, and the stitching is unobtrusive and not noticeable (although I believe contrasting and visible stitching is available if that's what you want). The picture attached to this item is terrible (it looks black with red stitching), but the item itself is great! Beside, the TAG logo on the band is only on the inside, and it's the watch and movement itself that matters, right? Great way to re-dress my favorite wristwatch for a whole lot less money. And since I kept the original TAG strap, I simply have more options and have lost nothing in resale value should I ever decide to part with it (which is highly unlikely).
