I ended up putting this on one of my diver watches that has a black dial. I love it and so does the fiancé (although she didn't love that I bought another diver watch that she didn't know about!). I think this will be a permanent replacement for the stock metal bracelet. Side note - the real (Sean Connery original) James Bond Rolex Submariner strap was actually 9 stripes and is navy blue, olive and burgundy. If you want to be James Bond, you might want to seek out that strap. If you just want a great looking NATO, get this one.
