Accurate description, fast shipping, good looking and fair price. I would purchase from this company again. That being said, this band only lasted a year and a few months while in rotation with two other watches. Never been wet or sweaty as it's on a dress watch. The band design was very easy to install. It was fairly stiff though and took a few months to soften up and conform to my wrist. The glue came off and the first retainer band fell off in the first few months and now the second has done the same basically rendering the band useless. I would have tried gluing them back on but I didn't notice when or where they fell off. The straps, stitching and material are still nice looking, but without the retainer straps it renders it useless. The original strap lasted over 5 years and have had other replacements of similar cost last as long making this one fairly disappointing. It's fine as a quick, cheap temporary replacement till you can either afford or find a better permanent strap. Otherwise you'll end up spending more on cheap replacements than the watch eventually.
