I ordered this watch band,thinking that it would be 14mm wide for it's entire length. When received, I found it to be 14mm at both ends and the remainder about half that, making it suitable only for a ladies watch. I contacted the seller, advising him of the problem. In a matter of a few days I received several more watch bands, (two which I decided to keep as they were perfect)and a check covering my entire original cost. I notified this seller that I was returning the check and the two unwanted bands. I was told to keep all of the bands and negotiate his refund check. I have already voided and returned the seller's check. The two unused watch bands were mailed to the seller via USPS with"delivery Confirmation" requested. I also asked that I be billed for the appropriate difference in pricing, as I immediately installed both watch bands and do not believe in obtaining something for nothing. This seller displays outstanding customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend or buy from them again.
