I just started carrying a pocket watch and I wanted something that would keep it out of my pocket. This case was exactly what I was looking for. Its thin, so it does not catch on the chair when you sit down. The cover snap is covered over on the inside so it will not scratch your watch. If you have an open faced watch I would suggest carrying the watch so that the face is toward your body. It is soft leather so if you hit something hard enough it may crack you watch face if it is facing out. The other thing I love about this case is that the loop on the back is on a snap, so it can easily be removed without taking your belt off. That being said it is a strong snap, so dont worry about it falling off your belt either. All in all a really great case for the money. Delivery was very timely and it was packaged well.
