I dont like wristwatches much as my smart phones do the trick (and better?), plus they are too attractive most times. However, scenarios where they run out of juice (yes you iPhone) or I cant power on the phones mean I need a time piece.
I chose this for its other added functions and the "I'm different appeal"
I was/am surprised at how easily this turned/turns heads(!!!) I'd often notice gazes travelling down my pants when I approach people and for the first few seconds folks are talking to my pants (now I know how busty females feel *chuckle* ) -even got a random compliment from a guy in the cafeteria.*shiver*

PROS:
+Really attractive piece
+The thermometer,(which works when the unit is away from ur body, else you are just reading body temp) has a cool nerd factor
+Compass is kinda nerdy/geeky cool too. Though I have little plans of getting lost in the desert
+In the dark, the torch light is quite bright, though its a red light, but it IS useful. THis may even help you see the clock dials better in the dark
+There's a digital time piece in the main face too, tells date and time.
+Comes well packaged
+Overall, RUGGED construction, doesnt look ike something I could break without really trying. I fantasize I can use it as a secondary weapon in an all out brawl

CONS:
-The clip gets in the way of everyday use. I had to remove mine and stow away in the packaging case
-The dials are not the brightest (in the dark) nor easiest things to see at a glance.
-I wish the digital face was a bit bigger
Theres absolutely no stopwatch or timer function (just an idea for future iterations :) )
update:
Face got scratched in less than a month just from rubbing on my jeans pants!!
There should be like a gorilla glass thingy on this item. Downgraded to 3 stars.

Major reason I give a 4/5 is cos the dials aint as luminous inthe dark as I think okay on their own.
