I was surprised at how much weight this added to my watch, but it is a bunch of steel links. It is pretty easy to adjust if you have a small flat screwdriver for glasses or other small work. You take out how however many sets of links you need to get it to fit. Once adjusted, you don't have to mess with it anymore. Just pick it up, slide it on, and snap it shut.

There are some downsides. The links occasionally catch and pull out arm hairs, which is annoying, but my fault for buying this style of band. A bigger annoyance is the paint scratching off too easily, so now it's not black in any place that touches when my arm rests on a table/computer/etc.

Overall I like it, but I think I paid too much.
