This strap compliments my steel BR 03-92 quite handsomely. The internal linkage is fine and mesmerising, significantly weighted, while the buckle and grommets are well spaced for adjustment and securely seat about the wrist. The outer metal strap loop, however, has a tendency a couple times a day to slide off the end of the band as both loops are just a bit too widely gauged to stay in place, letting the end of the strap loose to flip about, and the loop to make a ringing noise until you stop to take a moment to adjust it back. It's a minor annoyance one could remedy with some pliers (which I may get around to doing), but the manufacturer should look into resizing their loops maybe a millimeter thinner to prevent this one flaw. No regrets otherwise on this very winning band at a great price point.
