Chromed rings, non-stitched and the fabric is a bit on the thin side but it does feel Ok. It's best if your watch doesn't have a lot of space between the lugs and the case but even if it does, this won't come off as it's a three-ring looped design; and once worn the watch will stay put firmly on your wrist. I think this particular color scheme was the original Bond/ Brit Army one, and it does look rather nice on a sporty vintage diver or military type watch with either a light or dark face. Looks great on both. I even tried it on a very old steel zenith Sporto and it didn't look all that out of place. It's a pretty band.
