I have an old Baby-G and can't find replacement bands anywhere, so this ribbon band seemed like a reasonable alternative since it is somewhat flexible in terms of width. It is cute, but not entirely functional. The grosgrain ribbon slips pretty easily and I have to constantly tighten the strap. So far it hasn't fallen off my wrist, but it is usually loose and spinning around my wrist. It's fine though, it keeps the watch on my wrist for the most part. Just don't expect a tight fit.
